WLA’s Continuing Education Council has seed money available for continuing education projects and endeavors of all kinds. Programs sponsored in the past have included specialized or local conferences, full- and half-day workshops, and printing of materials to be distributed statewide.
Planners and sponsors must follow WLA guidelines for continuing education programs, and must apply within the grant application framework. See the Workshop on Workshops Manual (pdf) for guidelines and forms. Workshops and projects are expected to be self-supporting, with the funds reimbursed to the WLA general fund.
To apply for CE seed money, complete the CE Seed Money Application and email it to the Coordinator of Continuing Education.
Completed applications may also be faxed to the WLA Office: Attention: CE Coordinator at 425-771-9588.
Questions about CE seed money should be directed to the Coordinator of Continuing Education.
